I toured this past Saturday with Adrianna, And let me first start out by saying how fantastic she was! The leasing staff is so kind and helpful, and full of personality, which made the whole experience that much better. The property is very nice and new, and I highly recommend for anyone to check out!

My interaction with the Sagemont was complex, but overall impactful. I was due to move in with my now exboyfriend, but due to a very messy breakup we were no longer able to honor that commitment. I did everything I could to inform them as soon as possible but assumed I would be in a nasty financial situation. They were kind, compassionate, and understanding. Specifically Lauryn the property manager. I would’ve loved to live at this property and hope to in the future. I will consider any sister properties in the future as well due to the willingness of this management staff to put business aside and be human. Know that this is a property that you can trust and is reliable, it embodies community.
