Great property! Prices are very reasonable and the new manager has really helped the property with making sure it is kept up with. She really cares about the property, and has made us love it even more. Super safe and clean.

I am delighted living here. It is quiet, peaceful & convenient. Previous bad comments are about the old management team. Debbie is a shining star and runs this complex like the seasoned professional she is. Scottie in maintenance can do ANYTHING! In the few months that I have been here, there have been several noticable improvements. If you call about a service issue, his smiling face is at your door immediately. Highly recommended ... only if you will be a good neighbor. The water pressure is great. The pricing is not set by the apartments but the city.
