Ray our maintenance man is one of the best maintenance people and neighbors we’ve ever had. He’s always super willing to help whenever we have any kind of issue and is very quick to come to our aid when needed. Very friendly and always has a positive attitude no matter how big the mess.

I can’t say enough good things about Rian, the apartment manger, and Ray, the maintenance person. They both made my time at Seasons on the Park easier and were always available to address concerns or answer questions. There were other things, like the lack of insulation between floor and ceiling of units, and tenants who couldn’t be bothered to clean up after their dogs, that were super frustrating, but my experience with management and maintenance were always positive. Those two deserve a raise and a paid vacation!
