If you live in the El Capistrano Apartments you should be aware of your rent receipts and paperwork and bills! check all paperwork coming from the office I was a resident here in 2017 was being told i wasnt paying rent and i owe every other week! I was falsely evicted and was charge 125 window clean fee was told i owe 3000 dollars when it was time to receive my deposits back. Highly over charge called owner of apartment build was told to pay what I owe he had a very nasty attitude when speaking with him didnt want to hear anything I had to say so I went over my recepits and paperwork 3days notice bill ledger i got from management and notice I over payed and decide to take it to court went to court April 20, 2018 and I'll just say this!!! check your paperwork and receipt this apartment build Managers are ripping people off! Be Aware. Dont get Burned🔥🔥🔥🔥
