I love this apartments! Management is always on top of things … kudos to Noemi, she is always making sure we are good!!! They are pet friendly , good place to live , nice areas around , quiet place and appliances very modern.

I have really enjoyed my time living at The Strake. The staff have been exceptionally kind and helpful—special thanks to Alex and Nohemi in the leasing office, and Bryan and the entire maintenance team for always being attentive and efficient. The apartments are well-maintained and perfect for those transitioning from college or for families. The complex offers fantastic amenities, including a beautiful pool, outdoor spaces, a well-equipped gym, and office spaces that are especially popular with medical school students for studying. I highly recommend The Strake for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-rounded community!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently moved into The Strake Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I began the application process, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I want to give a special shout-out to Alex, who went above and beyond to make my family's transition smooth and hassle-free. Alex was always available to answer our questions, provide guidance, and ensure that everything was in order for our move-in day. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a significant difference in our experience. The apartments themselves are modern, well-maintained, and provide a comfortable living environment. The Strake at Grand Central offers spacious, modern apartments and top-notch amenities. The pool and common areas are always well-maintained, providing a perfect place to relax or socialize. The best part, though, is the outstanding service from the staff, especially Nohemí Cedillos, who goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Highly recommend!

Great area to live at, nice apartments, total package amenities, but the most important is their amazing customer services. I have deal with both of the ladies that work on the leasing office, and both do a great job, but Nohemi?, she goes above and beyond to help you in whatever is needed and she is always happy to help! Shot out to you Nohemi, great job!
