During the initial process, I dealt with Monique. She was awesome. She made making the decision to move here very easy. Once I moved in, I started interacting a lot with Megan. In my close to 40 years of apartment living, I have never come across anyone that was as wonderful as Megan. I've had to deal with a number of issues since moving in. Megan (and Monique) are always available to help me. If I am told that something would be done (both what would be done and when), that's how it happened. Every phone call, text and email has been answered in a very timely manner. If either promised a specific action (like a follow up call), it happened. Not once have I had to make more than one call to have any issues addressed. It is also fantastic to be greeted every time I walk into the office with big, warm smiles. The wonderful service is just as apparent in the Maintenance area. Fernando & Keith do great work. Nothing that they have done for me has ever had to be redone! They care about the residents. They check back days or weeks later to make sure that there are not any issues.

If living here is anything like my experience with just talking to Meghan this is going to be my best apartment to date. Hands down - she was so incredibly informative and gave me exactly the details I needed and even the things I forgot to ask about. She was even writing things down that I was about to ask her for.
