I just renewed my lease in large part due to the leasing manager, Gabrielle. She is so responsive and professional. I haven’t had too many issues since I’ve been here but when I have she is so wonderful to work with and quickly resolves any problems. You feel like she really listens to you and wants to help.

Ms Shae has been nothing but wonderful to me since I started living at Mt Washington. She’s gone out of her way to help coordinate contractors to fix electrical issues and a broken window handle. She gets on site maintenance requests handled on time. She’s kind and welcoming and takes pride in her work; one of the reasons I took the apartment is because she lives on site. The apartment has been clean, comfortable, and well taken care of since I moved in.
