This rating is solely based on maintenance, upkeep, refurbishing, refreshing, remodeling and so forth of this building. I personally haven’t rented from this company. I have a close friend who did about 9 years ago and had a good experience. I just go by regularly and must say the owners have really put some work into the place. It is very nice and has been remodeled and they really keep it up and maintain everything. Lots of detail was put into the work. The landscaping is gorgeous! Someone is really taking care of this “uptown” living space .
