New, clean, easy entrance. It would be nice to have a shared patio or visiting/conference room.

WORST Apartment Experience! I would only give them zero stars out of five instead of one! They should have build an bigger parking lot. There were nights that we couldn't park near the apartment building because they were full. Worst thing was MANAGEMENT! We did sign an one year apartment digital contract. Fast forward to eleven months later, we bought an house that we were moving in before our contract was up. According to management (Tony), we had to give an 60 day notice and this was stated in the apartment contract. In our defense, we never even received a copy of the apartment contract. How we are suppose know about the 60 day notice even though we didn't know about it? After we moved out, we had pay an extra month of rent because we didn't turn in our notice on time. We ended up getting our security deposit two months later, but it was only one third of it. They took out a lot of money out from our security deposit for maintenance, repairs and cleaning which it was unnecessary because it was an brand new apartment! The management needs more staff members to keep the place going. Especially the snow removal and cleaning the hallways and stairs! Last thing is that, we were promised to get air conditioning covers within the three months of living there but never received them. Over all, the apartment it self was nice but the management sucks! Be prepared that you won't get all of your security deposit back.
