There is also a bathroom on this level. This home is conveniently located just one block from New Seasons and the Max light rail, with easy access to I-5, N Mississippi, and Kenton. Please note: There is a separately rented ADU on the lower level. Tenant pays for electric and gas and will be billed back for garbage and water/sewer charges. Landscaping included.
