Oakwood is under new management! As of January 2021, new professional management has been put in place and tenants will have much better experiences going forward. All units will be upgraded to improved living standards, and maintenance concerns will be attended to quickly. This complex has recently been purchased by a different owner. They have placed it under new management as well which has drastically improved the look and feel of the complex. New appliances are being moved in daily and there are always contractors working on renovations and upgrades. It may take a few months, but this place will be super nice. It's right across from Publix and within walking distance to lots of food places and a Walmart.
