Highly recommend living here! Like everyone else said, Nicole is the gem of the place. If you have a problem, it will get fixed right away! (Lourdes, the caretaker is also amazing. She keeps the building spotless and will always ask how you’re doing) This apartment is in a great location that is close to everything. Also highly recommend living here if you’re a student at the UofM since it’s so close to campus.

I’m grateful for finding such a great place to live. I lived here for 2.5 years, it was a great rental experience. Common spaces/amenities were clean and well maintained. Any issues were handled promptly with good communication. The property manager, Nicole, is the bright spot of the place. Id highly recommend renting at Aberdeen!
