I lived in this apartment complex for three years and loved it. They have a fantastic staff with excellent management and maintenance teams. It’s located on a beautiful tree-lined road and they have a gym and pool available to residents. It is a short bike ride to the Woodridge bikeway system which has hundreds of miles of paved bike paths to explore. The only slightly antiquated thing about the apartment when I first lived there was a slow internet connection—they have since upgraded and now offer gigabit fiber which is the top of the line. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to live in the area!

I've lived at Bristol club for about 2 years and it's been a great experience. We did have a pipe burst because of the -40F winter (2 of my friends also had flooding issues at different times), but maintenance was over to help me within 10-15 minutes. The maintenance team and the management staff have all been amazing. They are professional, accommodating, and are always really good about communicating, such as the resident newsletter or updates on staffing hours. The apartments aren't the most up to date (though, they are working to update more apartments), but it's very clean and safe. I've never had an issue about cars/parking. It's very convenient to get on and off the highway. I see lots of people walk/run/walk their dogs around the perimeter of the complex. My only complaints are cars honking sometimes at night if you live closer to Maple st and the small gym (it gets busy after everyone gets off of work), but those are things I can look past because of the great management.
