Christmas this year for me started off really bad. I received a call from Jason the maintenance man at Adam’s Pointe, he let me know my pipes had frozen in my apartment and the sprinklers were alarmed and begin to sprinkle water throughout my apartment. I was two hours away visiting family for the holidays and was devastated about the news. Jason assured me they would be able to take care of the flooding that occurred in my home and that I wouldn’t need to come home that day. I felt horrible that he has to miss Christmas with his family to help clean up the flooding in my home. I did get back home the day after Christmas. I was very relieved to see that Jason went above and beyond to get the water out of my kitchen and living room. I almost couldn’t believe that water was flooding both rooms. He did a great job. He was also very prompt in getting the water from my sons room as well. Jason and his team were great even under the circumstances of it being Christmas. I’m very pleased with the customer service that is provided within this complex. Jason you’re amazing. Thank you. T’Seana
