The owner reserves the right to occupy the studio from January 1 to March 31 each year so no extensions will be granted. This rental is intended for those seeking a shorter stay (approximately 9 months +/-). No month-to-month or one-year leases are offered. Not a vacation rental. Minimum stay required is 6 months. The kitchen has a modest setup with a refrigerator, gas stove, sink, microwave, freestanding pantry, and a dining table with two chairs. The bedroom area consists of two twin beds (can be pushed together), a closet, loveseat, TV with stand , and a coffee table.
