Each unit is separately metered for electricity so there is no shared electric usage here. Water and Yard care are included in rent. Parking is limited, so we’re looking for tenants who maintain a small footprint and appreciate a quiet residential setting. Both units come unfurnished, however some items have been left behind by previous tenants which might be worth keeping. Hawaii Life will require tenants to provide written proof of 3x the amount of rent in income, adults must have a 650 credit score or higher, and a full background screening will be done.
