Bus line right next to the Willow Brook Miniature Golf Course & Driving Range. Anyone 18 years old + is required to fill out an application. Applications are $40 and are non-refundable. This is for the criminal/credit checks. Tenants are required to meet the income requirements of 2.5 times the rent in a given month. Tenants put electric in their name. Water and sewage is an additional $20 per month. There is no gas on this property. All apartments and townhomes at Slate Creek do NOT qualify for Section 8. Slate Creek is proud to offer a dog park - Small pets considered with a refundable $200 pet deposit and a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee. Pet rent is $35 per pet per month. Residents are required to provide Liability Insurance or it can be provided to you for $9.50 per month. Included with the rent is off street parking, small dog park, and quality maintenance - maintenance requests can be submitted via our online tenant portal 24/7. Residents can also pay their rent via the online portal. We do not currently accept cash or checks.
