I came in today to tour and turn a couple things in. Must I say this property is a 10000/10. I fell in love with everything they have to offer. The assistant manager was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, polite, helpful and professional. I came in from out of town and it was well worth it!
Loved my time at the Ramsey! Originally had some trouble moving in last year due to construction but the staff was able to accommodate and move us into a different unit until ours was ready. Once I moved into the 3 bedroom everything was great! We were on the 5th floor with a great view, amazing sunsets and could even see the Durham Bulls fireworks. Now that all the amenities are up and running, I definitely recommend checking this place out. Workout room is great and the maintenance staff is the best!

My wife and I just finished up residency at Duke and have lived in 4 different apartment complexes in downtown Durham between the two of us. The Ramsey is by far the best maintained in terms of amenities and a responsive, helpful and friendly staff. In a great location by the ballpark with rent prices slightly below it's competitors in the area without sacrificing any quality. If you're moving to the area looking for a place downtown, save yourself the trouble and move here.

I've been at the Ramsey for a few months now and have nothing but positive things to share. The space itself is beautiful with tons of intentional and thoughtful luxurious finishes, but the whole staff goes above and beyond no matter what you come to them with. From before I even signed my lease to now, they have been (by far) the most professional, attentive, and thoughtful management I've worked with. From the location, to the wide range of beautiful amenities, to the excellent staff, and more - I highly recommend living at the Ramsey!

The Ramsey is a great place to call home! Despite construction delays out of the control of management, they keep us up to date on the timeline of various things as they are completed. The apartments are spacious and beautifully decorated. The downtown location is great- very walkable to all you could ask for between breweries, restaurants, and the Bulls stadium. Bryan from maintenance is very quick to respond to any requests. Lindsey and the whole office team are so friendly and fun. I would definitely recommend The Ramsey to anyone moving to downtown Durham!

Lived in the Ramsey for a year during my time in graduate school and loved my time there. The building was as advertised and the units and common areas are both top of the line for the price. The area in Downtown Durham is walkable to several great places and more are opening every month as the city continues to come up. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. I would recommend living here if you're looking for an apartment in Downtown Durham!
