Last week I came home from work around 8pm and when I put my key in the door the barrel came loose. It was after hours and when I spoke with Bernie he came within 30mins as he said he would and the lock was fixed right away. I really appreciated Bernie’s efficiency because it was a cold night to be locked out. Thank you again Bernie. Great Job as always.
