There are designated areas on the property for Tenant-owned barbeques. For the convenience of the Residents, the Arnprior Chronicle is delivered to the property. The property is charming, well-maintained, clean, safe and spacious. The buildings are on a master key system, therefore a key deposit of $25.00 per key is required. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of the term. Apartment Units: The Landlord pays for property taxes, building insurance, water, sewer, common area electrical charges, property management, maintenance and repairs.
