The unit also comes with a 1-car garage, providing secure parking. For those with a small pet, we are pet-friendly for animals 25 lbs or less, with a small additional monthly fee. Please note, satellite dishes are not permitted. This apartment is available for a 12-month lease only. The rent is $1495.00 per month, with a $100.00 flat rate utility surcharge. A security deposit of $1400.00, a $400.00 pet deposit, and a $350.00 non-refundable administrative fee are required.
