Maintenance request literally went so fast, people are really nice, great working grill (have made some fire steaks), fire pits. Place has been great so far

Westridge was the first apartment I lived in since starting my studies in the U.S., and it has been a great experience. The rent is average compared to other apartments in West Lafayette, but Westridge is newer and offers more free parking spaces. The wall is thin, but it is very common in apartments across the country, and I was fortunate not to hear much noise and really appreciated my quiet neighbors. Maintenance is very fast, typically responding within one or two workdays. The only drawback is the trash utility—it's not always accessible and comes with many requirements. When we moved out, we received most of our deposit back, only being charged a $100 cleaning fee, which is quite reasonable compared to the experiences in some of the notorious apartments here.
