well i was reluctant to come on here and leave a review due to previous management. Tabitha was the worst!! Very unprofessional and not compassionate at all. Now that they have brought new people in the office like Yvon and the other girls, man what a change. They really care and they really try. My AC had been out since APRIL! They got it repaired and replaced as soon as i told her about my work orders! They even replaced my microwave! I’m renewing because i see the changes. Thanks GVA for making this much needed change!

While this is an older property and there will be some faults with it, I really appreciate the staff taking their time and prioritizing my needs to make it even better. It’s not a perfect building so don’t expect that but what you can expect is for the staff to be understanding and to work with you to fix the needs that you have. I would much rather live in a place that needs a little bit more work with the staff is willing to help me then live in a place that is considered perfect. The staff truly makes me feel like they care which is the first experience I have had with apartments in Texas. Normally my maintenance request are ignored until I make a scene. Here they complete them as fast as they can and have even asked how things are after the work order is done. The new management will turn this property around for the best!
