Nice apartments. Excellent location. By my experience the best manager I ever meet. Fast responses, excellent maintenance and clean territory. Apartments have a good gym, convenient parking, nice environment. Friendly manager, taking carry about everything. Not to far ago video monitoring was installed. Thanks to Priscilla - the manager of apartment. We live here about 2 years, and I can say it is a lot of improvements. Priscilla monitoring any activities on parking lot, so people cannot fix cars there and listening music any more. No issues with safety or noise. Territory is very clean.

We had a great experience with Newell Vista Apartments! Christina was incredibly friendly and patient. We ended up not going for the apartment for different personal reasons but Christina kindly refunded us our holding fee. I would definitely work with this group again!
