I absolutely loved it here! The apartment itself was so pretty and our property manager was extremely friendly and all maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I had a year long lease and moved so my drive was only 15 minutes instead of an hour, but if gas wasn’t so high right now I would have absolutely stayed. The town of Monticello itself is so convenient with all the stores it offers, and this complex was just icing on the cake
