Update 1/3/2024: I would love to increase my rating but honestly, I can't wait to move out of this building. out of two washers and driers, one of them is always broken. Maintenance and management of this building is pathetic. Calling it "bare minimum" would be high praise. Calls about bugs are responded to in weeks instead of days. Communication is non-existent. Maintenance leaves a mess wherever they go. No maintenance or grounds people have been here in at least two weeks. Instead of fixing my leaking dishwasher by replacing seals or the unit itself, maintenance just tilted it back. This has led to a roach infestation in my dishwasher which I have been unable to use for several weeks. If you want to live in a place held together by duct tape and delusion, this is the place for you. Update 7/12/2024: Air conditioner is blowing warm (82 degree) air. Maintenance came over quickly but said they'd need to order one which will take a week (or more). We have several 100 degree days coming up. It is current 80+ in my apartment. No signs that this will be fixed any sooner. Ridiculous that they don't have a small inventory of spare AC's going into the hottest Summer on record. Wasp nest outside my door was sprayed, as I found around 20 dead wasps on my doorstep. But wasps have returned. Dishwasher was leaking so the solution was to tilt it back which makes the racks not stay out when you're trying to load or unload. This place is the epitome of BARE MINIMUM. Update 12/23/2023: No hot water again going into a long holiday weekend. One of the dryers has been broken for weeks. Update 11/30/2023 Hot water was fixed for nearly 2 weeks but the problem has returned. Updated 10/27/2023 Serious hot water issues for nearly a month with virtually no communication from the property manager. Showers are warm at best for 2-3 minutes before going cold. Anyone know a good lawyer? They're not getting a dime in rent until this is fixed. Been enjoying my time here for the most part. Recently there have been some plumbing issues and it seems once a week we lose hot water. Also one of the dryers in the laundry room has been broken for months. They keep "fixing" it only for me to lose another dollar in quarters.
