Been here about a month and have loved it. I had a few small things that needed some fixes, put a work order in, and within 1 hour, Brian with the maintenance team was at my place and fixed everything. Super professional and quick responses. So awesome.

I just want to say how amazing Johnesha (I think that’s the spelling) is. I needed to stay with my brother, who is the resident there, under very unfortunate circumstances. Johnesha was always very friendly and approachable. She went above and beyond while I was staying there. If the other staff are as helpful and accommodating as her—and if ever I needed to move back to Riverside, I would most certainly rent an apartment from this complex, simply based on my interaction with Johnesha. I left there 8/31/24, and had another issue (package was not re-routed to my house in CO). I called Estancia to ask if the package was there, Johnesha verified that it was, and gave me some options that will help me in recovering it. The facts that she treated me so well during my stay, I was never a resident, and she is still helping me after I’ve left, just astonishes me. On a similar note, the onsite handyman (I wish I remembered his name) was great, as well. He came in to fix a hole in the drywall (necessary, from the plumber), and when I mentioned my brother’s disposal wasn’t working, he immediately took care of it. In addition, I had some large packages of water and other groceries dropped off which he offered to help me with. My conclusion is that this is a place I would recommend to anyone, Johnesha, especially, deserves recognition for far exceeding expectations of customer relations/service/care, as well as the handyman (tall slender gentleman), and anyone on the fence about renting from them should not hesitate to snatch up an apartment.
