I moved in about a month ago and I love this place. I’ve had a few things stop working in my apartment but any issues I have are always addressed quickly. Jessica is great and super friendly, probably the most genuine property manager I’ve ever had and she likes to set up fun events/treats for the residents. My cat won pet of the month and she gave me a Chewy box full of toys and treats for him. I also haven’t had any issues with the area. I feel safe here and so far haven’t experienced any issues with car break-ins. I lived near OSU campus and it wasn’t any better safety-wise, it’s just part of living downtown. There’s at least cameras in the parking lot. Overall I’m really happy I chose to live here!

I moved into the Frisbie in April. I have NEVER had such an amazing experience with a leasing office, or with a management company. Jessica has been incredible every step of the way, as has the maintenance department. Every single interaction I've had with anyone while here has been positive, whether it's staff or another resident. And, when my dog got sick and had to go to the ICU, they were supportive and incredible every step of the way. They were rooting for my pup just like I was. The Frisbie is an amazing place to call home. (So come be my neighbor! :) )
