Besides the rent price, this place is horribly managed. New owners came in and didn’t pay trash bill for 2 months. We had trash piling onto the street. Not to mention they dont take care of the laundry station or grounds.

Apartments are over priced. Property owners don’t know how to answer the phones or call you back. Have had maintenance request for over a month about the light in the kitchen. Don’t move here unless you want to pay for a over priced rundown apartment. Oh and I’m in a remodeled apartment as well. The wood for cupboards is split I’ve call and no one has fixed anything!
