This apartment is really great. Nice neighbors and the apartment looked beautiful except under the cabinet there was a big black spot at the back of the cabinet which had a weird smell to it. The manager Althea was very nice, but didn't do anything when the mailman broke my lock to the mailbox and she said she couldn't do anything about which made me upset. Also the mantinence man was disrespectful to my husband because the refrigerator nob was turned and it wasn't cooling which we have told him but he got an attitude with my husband. It's not his fault that the refrigerator that you guys provide is not cold enough for food or drinks. Also the manager never pays attention what is going on with the tenants until the police comes around. And the pool is very deep and kids could drown because it's not properly fixed it's to deep for any pool to swim in. Other than that it's good.
