A Non-Refundable $30 application fee is required which pays for a third-party background and credit check. •We require a minimum credit score of 625 for approval, but anyone with a 600-624 credit score can be approved with an approved co-signer/guarantor who has a credit score of 625 or higher. •If you are under the age of 21, you are required to have an approved co-signer/guarantor on your lease.
