I've had the opportunity to tour Helix on several occasions and each time I was greeted with excellent customer service. I was most impressed by the Assistant Manager, Nishondra Alvarez. Her demeanor was pleasant and inviting. She was more than willing to accommodate and meet my needs. Aside from customer service, they have amazing amenities and a beautiful community. For students needing a cozy community close to campus, Helix is certainly a great option.

My experience when I lived at the Helix Starkville back in 2018/2019 was horrible. I was slapped with outrages charges which went on to affect my credit. However, I was able to sort everything out with the property manager, Cindy. She was apologetic of my previous experience and worked diligently and quickly to help my situation and it was resolved within 2 days. She is worlds above the management that was in place when I stayed. There are tons of horrible reviews and I completely understand, but I’m hopeful that with the new management team in place, some of the tenants can get their needs met.
