Avoid this place! They recently raised rent (again) , switched to a new maintenance office who does not respond to emails or phone calls. It was nice here before Greystar took over- rent is now 40% increased and maintenance is terrible. There are better places in Chapel Hill with actual amenities, service and responsive maintenance.
