Resident is responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. ** Once security deposit has been paid and the unit has been taken off market, the lease MUST be signed within 3 days. If not, the unit will be put back on the market and deposit will be kept as liquidation damages ** Please call the NWP Management & Brokerage leasing department at (903) 258-5767 to schedule a showing before it’s too late!
