I have now lived in 2 units at the Manhattan (a townhome and 1 bedroom apartment) and I have been very happy with the move in and move experiences for both! Everything has been seamless and Francesca is really helpful and professional. Maintenance is helpful and really quick as well. My only qualm is that all access fobs are on my phone which is a safety concern if my phone ever died/got lost and I wouldn't have access to the building I live in. It would be helpful if I could use a code for access if needed or having a traditional fob on my keys included in my rent. I shouldn't have to pay extra to get access to my building.
