I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked the layout and condition of my 1 bedroom apartment. I also was very pleased with how well the building manager did his job. He was friendly, respectful, competent, and thorough. There are always a few tenants who present challenges to management and to the other tenants and this manager dealt with them consistently and fairly.
