I moved into complex back in 2019 when it was Chapelwood Apartments. Stayed in same complex and last year moved into an updated unit under new Property Management 8Ninety at Loveland and just renewed my lease with them in July 2024. The changes have been night and day between what was Chapelwood and now is 8Ninety at Loveland. I love the upgrades to buildings from exterior to interior. I especially love the washer/dryer in my unit and the new stainless steel appliances. The clubhouse they built and opened this year with the business center and workout room. The pool was fixed and opened with inspection legally this year, something Chapelwood never did the whole time I lived there. The pool is such a retreat on a hot day, it's clean, has lawn chairs, and area to grill. Something never had the entire time lived there. The clubhouse has a nice outside sitting area with fireplace and tv looking forward to using that on a nice fall evening. Crystal the property manager has done an excellent job getting property cleaned up as far as tenants go. The drama is gone. The property has more occupancy now then I have ever seen since I have lived there which is great! People are nice an friendly. Crystal is outgoing, friendly, and professional. She answers all questions and ensures maintenance is taken care of but is down to earth an easy to talk to as well. Maintenance portal is easy to use and they are on top of the service requests. I have only had a couple of times I have had to reach out for something but they have been on it with call back same day and either out that day or next to get resolved. Maintenance as well is easy to talk with, friendly, and very helpful. Super satisfied with living here and hope to live here for many years to come.

My girlfriend and I absolutely love our new home. Super friendly and prompt staff. Very welcoming and accommodating for us and our dog. Moved into brand-new appliances, carpets, and more. Very affordable and perfect location just up the street from downtown Loveland.
