Monroe Park Towers is becoming one of the best apartment buildings in the area. Updates are taking place, and management makes sure all issues are handled in a to mely manner. Regardless of price, Monroe Park Towers is a wonderful place to live.

My son signed up with Monroe Park Towers in January 2023 as a vcu student. Sonja and Jon have done a great job managing this building, and promptly stay on top of maintenance. They keep the whole building up to date with texts, and I've been very impressed. Highly recommend.
