About two weeks into the move and couldn’t be happier! Those at the leasing office, especially Katrina and Mele, helped a lot in answering all of the questions we had through the application and move in process. They seem happy to work here and help which I think is a good sign to know they will be involved and answer anything I might need help with. The community is very nice, friendly, and quiet. It is very clean and close to everything we need. Overall no complaints at all :)

I absolutely love my apartment. I am close to everything, Bart, freeway access, Downtown Walnut Creek, Downtown Pleasant Hill, Shopping, iron horse trail etc. The staff is amazing and so sweet. Claudia, Mele & Lanie all welcome me with smiles whenever I pop in the office. Anytime I need something fixed, Jose and Kenny are always prompt and friendly. My neighbors are really nice and always greet me & my dog when we are out on walks. I am also grateful the landscaping is well kept and beautiful. I took a big leap of faith choosing an apartment I had never seen (moved from Denver for work) but the staff made the process seamless from start to finish. I could not be happier to start my journey in the East bay in my little apartment in Pleasant Hill.

I moved here in July, moved from Sacramento to Walnut Creek/ PH. I knew nothing about the area and was moving for a job. Rafael (Community Manager) assisted me and my mom with a virtual tour! There were 6 units available at the time I was moving and they had a promotion and everything got leased very quick! I ended up signing a lease for an apartment I never viewed or saw, but I love it! It can be tricky at times moving from far away and not being able to see the amenities and the area in person, but I’ve lived here for 2 months now and it has been fabulous! The pool and bbq area are maintained very well! The grounds are maintained by maintenance and they are great! The community is very mellow and quiet, it definitely is a plus. The laundry is not in unit but the laundry room is very nice and you pay for laundry with an app (no coins) it’s very easy. Also being on the first floor or second floor you have hardwood through out the unit which is hard to find most 2nd floors have carpet in all of the unit! There is also good walking in the area for your fur babies as well. You are a less than 10 min walk to Bart (2 minute drive), this is very convenient. The location is amazing because you are less than 8 minutes to Walnut Creek and less than 8 minutes to Concord, you are smack dab in the middle which is a MAJOR BONUS!!!!. The only (hard part) about living in IMT and any other apartments in this area is the central air, BUT all the apartments I toured had central air so this is VERY common in this area. When it gets hot, it’s hot, but when it’s not hot, it’s great. You can totally buy a portable AC unit but realistically you probably will only use it for about 2-3 weeks the whole summer (the heat wave 102+ degrees) IMT prices are very very very reasonable and they seem low for how great the community is. Do Not let the 600 square feet 1 bedroom scare you because I can fit SO much in my unit. I have a 7 seater sectional, a coffee table, a tv stand and tv, a desk as well and it doesn’t feel cramped, it feels like a home! I can also fit a queen size bed and 2 night stands and a dresser and still have plenty of room! THE WALK IN CLOSET IS AMAZING! Very very hard to find in apartments! The layout in these units are great as well. Maintenance is also very quick and prompt and they are great people! I am so happy and excited to live here at IMT! I highly suggest leasing here and talking with Rafael, a 1 bedroom for less than $2,100 is very UN COMMON and it’s a STEAL! Don’t miss out on the great opportunity of calling IMT your home!
