Any mixed breeds that have the predominant characteristics of any of the above breeds are also prohibited. PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS. To help ensure all of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a “No Pet/Animal” profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. All household pets must maintain an active PetScreening profile at an annual cost of $30 per pet.
