I lived there almost 15 years before family considerations caused me to move out of state. The location is extremely convenient and Meadows at Meridian is by far the best-managed apartment complex I've ever lived in. The grounds are immaculate and the maintenance staff is excellent and highly responsive. The atmosphere of the neighborhood is very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to live there again.

Lynn is amazing and so helpful! She made the process very smooth and stayed in touch leading up the move in which made me feel valued. The property is gorgeous and the apartments are not like any others I have seen in search. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a new space!

Best apartment experience to date! We lived here for over a year and was such a pleasant experience. Firstly, the community made me feel super safe. Never had any issues with anyone, felt 100% comfortable walking around at night. The neighbors and neighborhood are lovely. It’s in a great location close to food and just a few minute drive to several grocery stores. Near the highway but not too close. The maintenance team was extremely on top of it. Had an issue with our water heater leaking and they came within the hour and had a new one ordered and set up in the next couple of days. They were super polite and even came back in to clean the smudges off the floor that they created which was definetly not necessary but just shows how attentive they are! Inside of the apartments are great and spacious. Nice and clean when we moved in! We loved the layout and the included garages and storage rooms are a HUGE bonus for the price. We were paying $150 a month at our previous apartment for a garage and more rent than we were paying here. Open parking would definetly get filled up early but I’m not sure how anyone can complain about not finding a spot to park when everyone gets a garage. Upon renewing, we were dreading the price hike. Our last place hiked it up $200 after a year and then another $200 the following year which prompted us to move. The Meridian only raised it just a small amount which we considered totally reasonable especially since our particular unit was priced higher at this point for incoming residents. We so so appreciated them trying to keep the residents they have rather than trying to price people out in order to just make more money. Office staff were great at communicating upcoming events, any entrance closures, trash cancelations, etc. We worked with Lynn and she was lovely and helpful during the move in process! Upon moving out, we were worried because it would be in the middle of our lease but they were extremely helpful and let us know they were sad to see us go. Final walkthrough went great and no charges. They basically said if apartment is decent they’re not going to charge you for the little things because they want their residents to return. We even had a glass light cover completely broken and gone after the movers knocked it off the wall and shattered it. Guy told us not to worry and it happens all the time. If we return to Colorado, this will 100% be the first place we look at to live. It was such an amazing experience all around and I have not one negative thing to say about it. Also to add because I saw a negative review mentioning how loud the planes going to the airport are. We lived directly below the decent path of the airport and having an husband that attended an aeronautical university, we had a blast checking out the cool noisy planes that flew in to the airport haha
