Next after walking through the living room you come to a small hallway that leads you to the bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom has a large walk in closet, but if that is not enough room for storage there is also an additional closet in the living room near the front door. In the hallway there is a coin operated washer and dryer. YOU PAY ELECTRIC. we pay water, sewer, and garbage. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. If you desire to have pets the pet deposit is $500 with a $25 pet rent per animal. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1.
