I recently moved out of Citizen Linden due to end of lease term and moving to another state. I did a 13 month lease and while I personally did not have any issues during my term we did feel the building needed to be better managed for the amount of rent we paid to live in complex. Emily the new property manager now, seems very promising and did a move out inspection as per my request as it was not part of the move out process before. She was very communicative and efficient and made our transition seamless. FYI I worked from home and while there is room for improvement I would recommend communicating and she’ll work with you.
