Loving our experience at the gantry so far! The amenities are fantastic, especially the in-house comedy show featuring local DC comics and the rooftop pool. Would recommend to anyone looking to move to NoMa!

The Gantry is a gorgeous property, and it offers modern finishes. The amenities are excellent, and the team is the best! Jurod the new guy went above and beyond to help my friend and me find our next apartment home. Both of our girlfriends came in yesterday to tour and as I was on FaceTime with my girlfriend he took her phone and placed it on his phone stand so my presents was at the desk. JuRod stated he would send over some personalized walk through videos for us to have, and as much as I have heard other leasing agents say this HE WAS THE FIRST MVP TO DO IT! He said he’s new to the company, by the tour you would have thought he’s been in DC at the Gantry for a while. We look forward to applying.
