So much to say about this community! We recently moved to the Selma area and Miranda was very kind and informational from the beginning. We were very nervous because we didn’t know the area and I’ve never felt more at home in such a short amount of time. The maintenance man is always prompt on repairing what ever needs fixing. The apartment is beautiful and quiet. It’s truly a place I’m so happy to call home. Highly recommend this apartment complex! It’s also the PERFECT location near plenty of restaurants and entertainment. :) Thank you for taking care of this community!

My daughter and I have lived here almost 2months and this was by far the BEST decision I made for my tiny family! Mrs.Georgia and Shannon in the leasing office ARE HEAVEN SENT! I promise y’all i’m not paid to review the property LOL but you will definitely not regret the move here at The Citadel.

Beautiful property was invited to the pool with a friend of mine and let me tell you the kids loved the pool area very gorgeous and kept up. Saw the gym area but I didn't have time and my friend had to go but can imagine the gym just from the looks of it looks amazing. This is one reason why I kind of miss being in an apartment compared to a house you get to meet new neighbors much easier and the environment is so inviting. Highly recommend and definitely looking into this once my lease is up

I have lived at Citadel for 10 months now and have absolutely loved it. The place has been great, but it’s the people who’ve made it amazing. The whole staff Stephanie, Anissa, Shannon, and Sam. The one person I really want to highlight is Leasing Professional Shannon Moran. She has, from the very beginning, been the main reason why I am calling this place home. She has made the whole process effortless. Shannon was extremely professional but made you feel like family. The most important part to me, and probably to anyone that rents, is the follow through. I am a disabled Vet and required a little extra attention. Any and every time I have needed anything, she has handled it expeditiously with a smile. Again all of the staff are great. If you’re looking for refreshing change to the norm, get in touch with Shannon. She goes the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and she does it with a smile.

We have been living here for 4 months, best community. We used to live in Brio, if you are thinking between these two... choose citadel. Property is always clean, amenities are GREAT, the gym is super complete, 24 hrs resident lounge with coffee, the best area to work from home is on the third floor (with elevator) and there's no one there, ever, you can work peacefully, and it has a conference room. We live in a first floor apt, close to the pool, we have never had any noise issues.
It's been great so far, and the leasing office responds fast, they are helpful. Plus, the neighbors seem nice, I walk my dog very early in the morning and night. I have never felt unsafe, there's really good outdoor lighting.

This is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Justin and Sam (Maintenance personnel) are quick to respond to maintenance requests. They always go above and beyond to assist the residents in the community.
