This is the first apartment I've lived in that I can confidentially say I love living here! Here is what I like: The Staff: Super friendly and helpful staff. Even before I lived here they helped answer my questions about the application process and apartments. When I have a question they reply quickly, and always pleasant and professional when I pick up packages from the office. The maintenance staff are also A+ and always have a friendly wave, and are incredibly responsive and helpful. The Apartment: Bright, open, quiet...it feels both comfy and cozy while feeling spacious and airy. I felt at home here from day 1. My cats love looking out the windows and spend their day snoozing in the large window ledges. Location: This area is really building up in a good way! Walkable to The Barn at Meriam Park and other attractions but tucked away enough for when you want a bit of quiet. It is my first time living on this side of town and love it. I had originally signed up for a 6 month lease while I figured out where I wanted to live and give myself time to find a place. Since then I've renewed my lease and plan on renewing again because I genuinely enjoy living here!

Just moved in with my girlfriend. Staff is nice and attentive. Very nice area and upkeep with the landscape. The leasing office lady was very helpful when applying. Made things very easy and not stressful.
