Beautiful, modern apartments in a good location. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, the staff are all extremely helpful, and the fitness center and courtyard are great amenities!

Urban, loft-like vibe with 11 ft ceilings makes apartments feel spacious. New courtyard in progress which will provide green open space to enjoy. Great location in close proximity to UWSP, downtown Point, and the Riverfront Trail
