Aery is a breath of fresh air when it comes to renting and living in an apartment complex. The two community rooms are fantastic and almost always accessible (unless reserved for special event). They were my go-to area for studying while I was in college. Elyse is a top-tier property manager; all staff at Aery are very attentive and quick to resolve any issues you may be having. The gym on the lower level has everything you need to get an adequate workout in for the day. I have a dog, so for personal reasons, the dog wash and big backyard are my favorite things about this place. lol. I could go on and on, to sum it up, this has been the best experience I have ever had at an apartment complex!

Our family rented here for 9mths and had a great experience. The community spaces to host things were great and my favorite space were the exercise rooms with all the things. We hardly ever heard our neighbors (above or next door) as the insulation was great. It is a pet friendly building (we don't have any pets) and they have many rules set up to ensure things stay clean and safe. Our only criticism was there were many dog owners so if the wind blew outside there were quite the scents near our entrance door down wind from the doggy bag dispenser. The communication while renting was also great. We would definitely rent there again.
