I have lived at Eagle Ridge for 11 years now and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet well maintained place to live. The villas are comfortable with no steps to climb and your own patio area. Lots of parking also. The management and maintenance staff are professional and thorough.

Sister rented there for several years. Never late on rent, no complaints on her, no damage. She died unexpectedly Nov19. Management said to take our time getting cleaned out as she was paid to end of month. And even if it goes a little longer,no problem. She said we would get all $500 depoit back and just include a death certificate. We turned the keys in Dec 13. With a funeral and all of the planning it takes a bit to get out. Left it clean and when we we received a check for $140 from the $500. They said it was for rent until December 13thh so they lied
