Loved living in these apartments. They’re clean, close to everything , and still have a quiet country like setting. My time at Bay Valley has ended because we bought a house. But!!! I can tell you that I am so happy about the changes the new manager, Gena, is making. She’s caring, attentive, and easy to talk to. Wish she would’ve been the manager the whole time we lived there. Thank you for whipping these apartments back into shape, Gena!

I grew up here in the 90s. My dad was on the maintenance team. Mr. Dietrich was the owner. I loved my time here. Riding my bike all over the place, fishing in the pond, and swimming in the pool. I know this review doesn't mean much to the staff there now, but I loved being a part of the BVHA family and I will always miss it there! It will always be home!
